Established in 1981, Foods of Vail has earned the reputation of excellence in the Vail Valley. Creative and innovative menus are the benchmark of our business. Professional and attentive client interaction allows each event to feel unique. Whether you are entertaining in your own home, hosting a corporate event or planning a wedding, you can expect meticulous wait staff, skilled bartenders, and accomplished chefs. Our catering sales staff will help coordinate every detail ranging from china and glassware rentals, beautiful linens, to tents.

For more casual affairs, a selection of party platters, heat and serve dinners, and tasty appetizers are available through our Gourmet Deli Shop.

Tracey Van Curan

has been the sole owner and creative force behind Foods of Vail since 1981. A business degree and a love for beautifully prepared foods is the foundation of her successful career. A cooking course in France with Madeleine Kamman was a pivotal point in establishing her passion for the integrity of all foods and their preparation. From artistic dinners to the casseroles in the retail shop, the same philosophy prevails: "Use the best ingredients available and make it with love". All of Foods of Vail's sauces and soups are made with homemade stocks. Tracey's attention to detail encompasses all aspects of the business, from event planning to the retail shop selections.
